    sentence?

    Is thıs sentence correct or wrong?

    It needs extensive work. For instance, to mention of is both grammatically wrong (no preposition required) and the wrong verb (try state). It is followed up with what, which I think should be how.

    I think the purpose of any article is more than just to "mention" something.

    The words used in the sentence raise questions as to what they are supposed to mean:

    In this context, the main aim of this paper is to mention of what the local authority ombudsman, which has not been established in Turkey, is, to re-model the supervision unit(?) without thinking it as a local level(?) and at the last scene(?) to offer various suggestions in order to establish(what?) in our administrative supervision system.
    I am not a teacher.
