It's a strange sentence, but I guess she means that she doesn't know why she feels the way she does.

ecause I don't understand how you work, but this feeling in my stomach makes me want to take you out." (Delete "means.")

    Thanks in advance.
It's a joke. The appendix is a mysterious organ that needs to be removed (taken out) when your stomach feels it.

But "take out" can also mean to take someone out on a date.

So: The feeling in my stomach tells me I should take you out. You must be my appendix!

    Do you get it now?

Always capitalize the first word of sentences. Always capitalize the word I.

That pickup line would be an effective form of birth control.

    I think it's a brilliant pick-up line.

(Don't worry, GoesStation -- I won't use it on you.)

mostafashaker -- be aware that post #6 is tongue-in-cheek. Your girlfriend does not want to kill you.

I know it is a joke.
I think "to take someone out on a date." is the most logical explanation for it because it is long time ago for our last romantic walk xD

"Take somebody out" also has another meaning, i.e. to kill him or her.
What Would the sentence mean if we have some problems in our relation recently ?

I don't know why she would say that , Maybe she doesn't mean me by that tweet but i know she write strange quotes each time we fight so i used to take the words for me .

It makes sense now .. Maybe she wanna kill me 3:D
