I will charge you the price ...

1)I will charge you the price of a small coffee for a large size.
2)I will charge you a large coffee as a small one.
3)I will charge you the price of a hot chocolate for a large Americano or for any drink which is equivalent or greater than the price of a hot chocolate.
4)Cat cafe business concept does not pose public health risk/hazard.
5)Cat cafe business does not pose risk/hazard to public health.

Can I phrase the above sentences in such ways? Please advise.
