I'm open this dispute to help me to find an solution with this company.
I bought a item 30 days ago and the item doesn't arrived yet, usually it takes between 15 - 20 days but this time its take more, when i contact them they told me just false promises we will help you, you should wait . but i explain them that the point when the item is stuck is not a customs point to take all this time it's just a distribution point and always takes just one day and then it move to the next point but this time the item stuck in this point more 20 days and i think maybe its has been stolen or lost as well i give him the contact info to contact them but they not give me important.

The first thing you need to do is click on Edit Post and make sure that every sentence starts with a capital letter and that the word "I" is capitalised every time you use it.
