Traffic congestion has affected more developing nations than advanced ones

    Hello.

Could you tell me which one of the three sentences is correct?

    - Traffic congestion has affected more developing nations than advanced ones.
    - Traffic congestion has affected developing nations more than advanced ones.
    - Traffic congestion has affected developing nations rather than advanced ones.

    Many thanks.

There are three sentences. They are all correct. They each mean something different.
