    Is this correct?

It has been reported that you have unnoticed that a female member entered into the gym while maintenance men are working in the gyy. As you were in the reception, it is your responsibility to ensure that no men are inside the gym before allowing any female member to enter inside. This is a clear case of gross negligence of duties in your capacity as Receptionist.

    Re: Is this correct?

    "unnotice" isn't a verb.
    What is a "gyy"?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
