    The book you ordered has arrived.

    I want to inform the customer that goods he ordered has arrived. please help to correct the notice if there is any incorrect sentence as below thank you.

    Dear customers:
    We are pleased to inform you that the book you ordered has arrived. Please pick up your book purchased on second floor and we will reserve your book for 7 days. Thank you.

    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
