    Rhetorical questions

I heard an English-speaking person say to herself "what nonsense I am talking?" This certainly is not a question, but an incomplete sentence. Is it something to do with it being a rhetorical question?

    Re: Rhetorical questions

If they definitely said "What nonsense I am talking!", it was an exclamation, not a question of any kind. Even a rhetorical question would take the word order "What nonsense am I talking?"
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
