    To which

    Hi

Can anyone point out what " to which " is doing exactly in the sentence below ?
I dont know what noun or noun phrase " to which" is defining.

A manor in English law is an estate in land to which is incident the right to hold a court termed court baron, that is to say a manorial court.

Could you be a little more specific? What exactly should I change?

Your IP address suggests your current location is Peru.

Why would you want to trick us that way?

I didn't trick you i tricked the system which uses my real IP to send me tons of ads and also invades my privacy .You interred i was from Peru by checking out my IP address which is not really a reliable way to figure out someone's nationality. I'm from Canada by the way.

Now . Can i have my questions answered by a teacher please ?

You'll be seeing many Americans routinely operating behind a VPN since Congress has overturned a rule that prohibited ISPs from selling their users' browsing history. I doubt many of them will choose Peruvian IPs, though, which would be sure to impose a serious performance hit.
