    appointment number

    Please take a look at something said in an outpatient clinic.

    "Do not enter the consulting room until your appointment number (A. shows B. shows up C. is shown D. is displayed ) on the screen."


    Please let me know which choice will make the sentence more natural or authentic. Thank you a lot.

    I usually favor the active voice but in this case I think D is the most natural choice.
