My friend's mother was in coma and died day before yesterday.

My friend's mother was in coma and died day before yesterday. If she hadn't died at this time, "she would have died somewhere down the line" or "she would die somewhere in the future." What should I use here "would have done" or "would"? I think "would" is appropriate here.

Everybody is going to die sometime in the future, or somewhere down the line. A woman in a coma is no different.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Could you please tell me about this part "she would have died somewhere down the line" or "she would die somewhere in the future." What should I use here - "would have done" or "would"? I think "would" is appropriate here?"

"Would have died soon" would work.

Thanks but can we also say "would have died somewhere in the future"?

Grammatically, you could say "would have died sometime/at some point in the future", but it's a pointless statement. Every single person on this planet is going to die at some point in the future.
