    go down VS come down

Are the phrasal verbs in the following sentences interchangeable?
1.We watched as the airplane went down in a fiery blaze.
2.The plain came down a few minutes after its take-off.
    Or the other case:
3.Bad news - our income went down last month.
4.We will buy this computer when its price comes down a little.
5.The national debt has come down in the last eight years.
