    get around

    Hello,

In the sentence bellow what does get around mean?

I never got around to the study.

    Does it mean "start"?

    Thanks in advance!

    Re: get around

It means someone was unable to perform the study, or, depending on context, unable to do something to a room called "the study".
    I am not a teacher.
