On your birthday people feed you cake with their hands.

    1) On your birthday people feed you cake with their hands.

    2) On my birthday kids fed me cake with their hands.

    Please check my sentences.

Are the people being fed unable to feed themselves?

Re: On your birthday people feed you cake with their hands.

There is a missing comma from both sentences.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

It does sound culture-specific, so it may be worth mentioning where this happens. I have lived in several countries and no one has ever done this to me, and I didn't know people did it.
