    Can one say
    a. Her brother brought a computer for her to repair for him. He keeps asking her favors.

    b. Her brother brought her a computer for her to repair for him. He keeps asking her favors.

    Yes, you can. But consider instead:
    Her brother has asked her to repair yet another computer!

    "Yet" is a complicated word. Here it intensifies "another", telling us that this is not just the second or third computer her brother has asked her to fix, but maybe the fifth, the tenth, or some number even higher.
