    Problem with system

    Hello, moderators

Every time I click on My Threads, the following message appears:

This forum requires that you wait 20 seconds between searches. Please try again in 1 seconds.

I have not made any search before the message appears, so it seems there is something wrong with the system. This happens when I use my desktop computer or my mobile phone. I wonder whether other users encounter the same problem.

I would be grateful if something could be done about this problem.

    Thanks.

    Elaine

    Re: Problem with system

Tan Elaine, I have moved your post to the Support Forum. There might be a glitch in the system at the moment because a lot of upgrading is going on behind the scenes.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: Problem with system

Hi there Elaine - I have just changed a setting. Could you please try again?
I'm not a teacher, so please consider any advice I give in that context.

Hi there, Red5, I have just clicked on My Threads on both my desktop PC and mobile. It brought me to My Threads, so I think the problem has been resolved.

Thanks, again. Will let you know when I encounter the same problem later although I doubt this will happen.

Sorry that the problem has returned, but it isn't something that many people are reporting. What OS and browser are you using?

Thanks, Tdol. My mobile is Galaxy Note 5, which uses Android, and the details are:

Original: Android 5.1.1 "Lollipop" Current: Android 6.0.1 "Marshmallow" Upgradable: Android 7.0 "Nougat"

Two days ago, Red5 said he had changed a setting. It was OK, but this morning, the problem came back.

However, there is no problem when I use my desktop PC. The last time I brought up the matter, the problem affected both my mobile and desktop PC.
