Hello. Could I get an application form from you?

You want to apply for a job in a small office. You want to get an application form. You go to the office and see the office manager sitting behind a desk.

    a) Hello. Iím interested in applying for a position with your company. Could I get an application form from you?
    b) Excuse me; I would like to apply for a job. So would you give me an application form?
    c) Excuse me. Iím thinking of applying for a job here. If itís not too much trouble could I please have an application form?

I'm sorry. Having posted a new thread, I saw your post. That's why I sent the second post with a general topic again.

Excuse me. Which one is more natural in this situation? I think 'c' is too formal in this situation, saying 'if it's not too much trouble.' I think asking an officer to give a form is not a high imposition request. I wonder if it is natural in such a situation in English context?

I would be as polite as possible when doing anything to do with trying to get a job with a company. It makes a good impression.

Re: Hello. Could I get an application form from you?

Is there any difference in 'meaning' or 'level of politeness' between 'could you' and 'would you' in the above mentioned options.
