    Mentor up, reach up for

    Hi,
    What do these two verbs mean? I did lots of google search but I did't come with with aything.
    Could you please help me to figure them out?

    MENTOR UP {it's a title}
    Itís worth it to work with a coach or someone who can take you to another level.

    REACH UP FOR NEW FRIENDS {it's a title}
    Nothing inspires me more than surrounding myself with people who have achieved more than I have and meeting new people.

    From the book "Be Obsessed or Be Average"

    Thanks

    Re: Mentor up, reach up for

    The author seems to be trying to coin new phrases. This is what he means:

    "Find a mentor"

    "Have friends who are more successful than you"

    Re: Mentor up, reach up for

    Adding "up" to a noun is a common way to form a new verb. For example, "suit up" means to put your suit on; "lather up" means to work up a lather.
