    Peter told his friends

I am wondering if my sentence sounds natural.

Peter told his friends he was going to go any lengths to become an actor.

    No. It's missing a preposition.

    GoesStation,

    I think I missed "to."
The sentence should be like this:

Peter told his friends he was going to go to any lengths to become an actor.

    Re: Peter told his friends

That's the right preposition in the right place. It's more natural to be willing to go to any (or great) lengths.
    I am not a teacher.
