    "Voucher" could be a means of payment, not just the information about it that "figures" would mean.

    "Payment voucher" would almost certainly mean a form of payment. Maybe "invoice" is a more appropriate word.

    I would prefer "our customer". But I think the sentence is confusing. When I first looked at it, I thought the calculation must be from the merchant. But a payment voucher must be from the customer. So who is paying who? Why did the customer send the merchant a calculation? or a calculator? And how is a calculation (a thing) unable to understand?

    I have sold denim jeans to our customer and they have deducted huge amount of tax also unable to calculate, hence i want to ask to them please mention the ratio like 4% or 8% or give payment advice to resolve the confusion.

    I've not heard payment advice used in the UK.

    Ok, In pakistan seller makes the invoice with 17% Gst (sales tax). And bayer will deduct 20% of Gst (17%) and 6% income tax of total value of invoice. By the way where r u from?
