    REQUEST FOR APPOINTMENT LETTER - REMINDER (please correct me email mistake)

    Hi Sir,

    First of all, I would like to thanks to you for giving me the opportunity to work at [organization] Family as position of Web and Graphic Designer. I really appreciate the time that I spent working with you, on both a professional and personal level. I wish that i will do my best to make you satisfied about my work.

    As you know i joined April, 27, 2017 So can you please assist me to have an appointment letter or if you need further information please let me know.

    However, its been quite some time I have'nt yet received on my appointment letter.

    Hello Minervakhan, and welcome to the forum.
    I don't understand the purpose of your letter. Have you already signed a contract with the organization?
