    proper meaning of the sentence

    Hello.
I would like to check with you about proper meaning of the sentence.
In case the Customer doesn't want due to some reasons to put the repaired engine into operation, period of Guarantee time is to be resumed from the moment of delivery from repair.
In my opinion, the above sentence means as follows:
In case the Customer doesn't want to put the repaired engine into operation for some reasons, period of Guarantee time is to be resumed from the moment the engine is delivered after repair (being repaired).
    or
In case the Customer doesn't want to put the repaired engine into operation for some reasons, period of Guarantee time is to be resumed from the moment of delivering the engine is delivered after repair.
What is your take on that?
    Thank you.

Re: proper meaning of the sentence

It's not written well, but I take it to mean that even if the customer doesn't put the repaired engine back into service, the period of guarantee resumes immediately after delivery.
