    There are different films with the same title. There are remakes. There are films which have the same main title but then have a sort of subtitle or a number (Rocky, Rocky II, Rocky III etc).

    However, it's really not a common enough daily occurrence for you to worry about how to say it.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
