Tom has made Tim realized that Tom needs Tim as much Tim needs Tom.

    1) Tom has made Tim realized that Tom needs Tim as much Tim needs Tom.

    2) Tom has made Tim realized that Tom needs Tim as much as Tim needs Tom.

    Please check my sentences.

You're making life hard for everyone by using such similar names. My eyes are going screwy reading Tim Tom Tim Tom Tim Tom ... Please choose at least one other name, preferably one that's completely different from the other.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

The expression is to make someone + bare infinitive. You've used the past participle where the bare infinitive belongs.

I agree with ems that using similar names in your examples is confusing. Please choose dissimilar names.

Better perhaps but still confusing. Why do you need to cram four people in one sentence?
