A list of words are synonyms of the word INTERESTING. What are their differences?

Hi, I have a list of words that are synonyms of the word INTERESTING. What are their differences in meaning? Having tried on my own, I am not very satisfied with my answers. Here is my work (for some of them I just copied the definition from online dictionary):
1.fascinating: something/person strongly attracts attention; capturing interest as if by a spell
    2. curious: mysterious things that making people want to explore
    3. exciting: stimulate nerves so that one can be very hyped about something; always accompanied by raising voice when talking things that excite them
    4. noteworthy: more formal; sometimes means important/significant
    5. motivating: To cause to be enthusiastic
    6. appealing: (how is it different from fascinating? Fits better for a more formal context maybe?)
    7. remarkable: impressive
    8. stimulating: inspiring new ideas; causing/motivating people to take action
    9. attention-grabbing: describing a topic or something but never for describing a person?
    10. Attractive: pleasing to the eye or mind especially through beauty or charm; usually for describing a person.

If anyone can show me some sentences as examples I'd be grateful.

    means they are interchangeable.
    means they are different
means they are the same in some cases.

Re: A list of words are synonyms of the word INTERESTING. What are their differences?

All the meanings you have given are possible interpretations of the word 'interesting' used in speech in certain contexts.

Unfortunately, we generally need a lot of context to bring out the meaning that was probably in the speaker's mind.

If you see the word in writing, it is fairly safe to assume that it means something like this: http://www.macmillandictionary.com/d...an/interesting.
