“Have” and “have got” in Questions
Are they correct? If I've written it as I've written them below.
E.g.
Group 1: informal
Haven't I got to go? (Or) Haven't I got a flat in Manchester?
Hasn't He got to go? (Or) Hasn't He got a flat in Manchester?
Don't I have to go? (Or) Don't I have a flat in Manchester?
Doesn't he have to go? (Or) Doesn't he have a flat in Manchester?
I think the First Both aren't formal, they are informal, but are the word orders are correct?
Group 2: Formal
Have I not got to go? (Or) Have I not got a flat in Manchester?
Do I not have to go? (Or) Do I not have a flat in Manchester?
Has he not got to go? (Or) Has I not got a flat in Manchester?
Does He not have to go? (Or) Does he not have a flat in Manchester?
Group 3: Past tense
Hadn't (he/I/they/she) got to go? (Or) Hadn't (he/I/they/she) got a flat in Manchester?
Had (he/I/they/she) not got to go? (Or) Had (he/I/they/she) not got a flat in Manchester?

are they possible in English?
