If I own a car and I want to rent it to a company.

If I own a car and I want to rent it to a (I hope it is correct to say "rent something to someone) company then what do I need to say? I want my car to be rented by that company.

If my car is already being used by the company as a cab and they are paying me for that then what do I need to say? "My car is rented at that company". It is being used by that company as a cab.

    Please check my sentences.

Re: If I own a car and I want to rent it to a company.

I'm renting my car [out] to that cab company.
That cab company is renting my car [from me].

Note that this situation doesn't exist in the UK so we don't really have a way of saying it. We don't rent our private cars to companies. We might lend our private car to a friend or family member (if we trust them to drive our car without crashing it), but cab companies/drivers own their own cars.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Because it is, for us, an unusual arrangement, I would use rent out.

Your first question: I want to rent my car out to the cab company.
