    When the visiting team scored

I am wondering if my sentence is grammatically correct.

When the visiting team scored in the last seconds of the game, a groan went up from the stands.

Re: When the visiting team scored

    It's fine.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Closing seconds could also be used in BrE.
