    on making of award

Hi! What isthe exact meaning of the words in bold? The passage is from a political text. Infact It is from a telegram sent by an embassy and has a special shortened style.
As mentioned earlier British do not understandrelationship of Article 2 (1) to Article 8. They note that, under redraftedArticle 8, escrow deposits cease on making of award by ICJ.
    Thanks very much.

Please click on Edit Post and make the text larger so that we can read it. A good choice is Arial Size 2.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
