    Hypothetical situation

    Are these verbs used correctly in hypothetical situation?

    "If I had one million dollars, I would probably be planning on establishing an organization with the aim of helping the poor, especially poor student who are bright enough, but they couldn't afford to continue their studies beyond school level."
