    Which one of the following phrases is correct?

    - Purchasing of goods and services.
    - Purchasing goods and services.
    - Purchase of goods and services.
    - Goods and services purchase.

    See above. I'd leave out "in return" though.

    Perhaps you mean something like:

    Purchasing [] from Picosoft could lead to (significant) savings since they offer a high-quality product at low prices.
