    Question What is this in "Phonics chart" and how to use it?

    I come from Thailand. My English in not good.

    These are phoneme charts, not phonics charts.

    When you are transcribing phonemically or phonetically, you can use the ˈ to indicate primary stress and the ˌ to indicate secondary stress. The arrows can be used to indicate intonation.
