    Yes, he was a slacker, a freeloader

    I would appreciate if the following sentence is correct?
    Yes, he was a slacker, a freeloader therefrom to being a murderer is a big difference.
    The title should be read as : Is it Understandable'

    No, it is not. You need something like:

    Yes, he was a slacker and a freeloader. It's a big jump to go from that to being a murderer.

    'Therefrom' is very formal, and, in my opinion, archaic. in any case, it is not used correctly in the original sentence.

    Ivan, note that I have changed your thread title. Titles should include some/all of the words/phrases you are asking us about.

    In addition, your title was ungrammatical. The correct version would be "Is this sentence understandable?"
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
