1.I have put a request for newspaper bill in hrms(Human Resource Management System). Please reject the bills.

2.I have initiated a request in hrms for newspaper. Please reject the bill

I don't understand either. Please use simpler and clearer language to express your meaning.

There is a provision in my working unit to reimburse the amount spent for newspaper every month. That reimbursement request need to be raised through the internal website(that is called hrms). I have applied for a wrong amount.So I need to request the employer to reject my request

Shall I write (no comma here) "Please cancel all my reimbursement requests in [STRIKE]hrms[/STRIKE] HRMS"? [STRIKE]???[/STRIKE]

Note my corrections above.

I don't know if you should write that. Do you want them to cancel all your requests or only the one that contained the incorrect figure?
