Hi,
Which of these bold parts are more better and logically appropriate in relation to the second part?

1) I am really interested in playing/doing sports.
I have a swim most weekends and I go for jogging around the park early in the morning almost everyday.

2) I am really interested in doing physical activities. I have a swim most weekends and I go for jogging around the park early in the morning almost everyday.

Thanks in advance.

I'd use "I really like taking part in sports" and "I really like physical activity".

Note that we don't "go for jogging". We either "go jogging" or we "go for a jog".
In this context, "every day" should be two words, not one.

Thanks teacher.
Is it correct If I say "Have a swim" in the example above instead of "go swimming" ? I want to use something different.

"Have a swim" works in BrE, yes.
