The drunkard swung at the bouncer, who ducked

I am wondering if my sentences are grammatically correct.

The drunkard swung at the bouncer, who ducked and, with his right, hit him in the stomach. The man doubled up and fell to the ground, groaning with pain.

It's OK, but "groaning in pain" is more natural.
    I am not a teacher.

I don't know if "groan in" is specifically in AmE, but I am reading now in Cambridge Dictionary online: "He collapsed, groaning with pain."

I'd use "in" in BrE too. "with" isn't wrong though.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
