    Can one say
    a. This is the car I don't know what to do with. I can't keep it, and nobody wants to buy it.

    If you're pointing at the car while you speak and you are trying to make it clear to the listener that it is this car, not any other car nearby, you can use "This is the car I don't know what to do with".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    The only way I can see someone using that phrase is if they were referring to a previous conversation: This is what I was telling you about - the car I don't know what I'm going to do with.
