    Run as fast as /

Hi, I am not so good in English so i don't even know in which part of grammar this is is included so I have to post it like this.
So, I have this task and I can't find the answer, on internet there are various answers so I can't really tell which one is good.
    The task is:
He is fast runner. I can't run as fast as ____
    A he b him c he can
I know that in this case it shoule be he can, but on our test that answer is not offered.
    On our test answers are:
A him b he c he may d him can
So my question is, can you use him (a) in that case?

Here is a clue - you don't need to repeat the verb in a sentence like this.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Few native English speakers would say "he". (We use "him".) Some old-fashioned teachers still think it's the right answer, though, so you should learn it.
    I am not a teacher.
