When we use 'whoever' it should be followed by 'has' or 'have'?

    Re: Grammer doubt

Ask Should "whoever" be followed by "has" or "have"?

It's singular, so you have to use "has".

    Welcome to the forum, aurovidya.

Please note that I have changed your title. You spelt 'grammar' wrong and

Thread titles should include all or part of the word/phrase being discussed.
