Ann is growing older but unfortunately not wiser.

If the following is the main sentence:

Ann is growing older but unfortunately not wiser.

    Will these OK?

Ann is growing older, but she is not unfortunately wiser.

    GoesStation:
This punctuation rule is really helpful. THANKS.
Never put a space before a comma, semicolon, colon, or any sentence-ending punctuation.

Assuming you want the same meaning:

Ann is growing older, but she is not, unfortunately, growing wiser.
Ann is growing older, but not, unfortunately, wiser.
