The hierarchical relationship at work vs.The hierarchical workplace relationship

    Hi,
I'd like to know if the following sentences are grammatically correct, and if they sound natural.

Is there any better way to say the same thing?
When you say "workplace relationship", do people interpret it as romantic relationship or can it be any relationship depending on the context?

    1. The hierarchical relationship at work has bothered him.
    2. The hierarchical relationship at his work has bothered him.
    3. The hierarchical relationship at his workplace has bothered him.
    4. The hierarchical workplace relationship has bothered him.
    5. He has been bothered by the hierarchical relationship at work.
    6. He has been bothered by the hierarchical workplace relationship.

    Thank you.

What is your justification for using the present perfect in them?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Re: The hierarchical relationship at work vs.The hierarchical workplace relationship

This situation is a fiction. I was trying to understand and practice the usages of specific words and phrases, e.g. at work, at workplace, relationship as well as articles.

I made up the situation thinking the person's workplace is so hierarchical, and he has been bothered by that for quite some time. That is why I used the present perfect tense.

Should I have used the simple present tense instead?

The present perfect (simple/continuous) is okay, but note the corrections above. Also, I don't much like #4 or #6.
