    good advice

Is this text OK or does it need improvement?
Situation: A manager is talking to his trainee.

Take this as a simple but good advice: Never hire too religious people. Those who strongly believe in made up stories and fictional characters in private life won't suddenly start making rational decisions once they enter their office in the morning.

See my grammatical corrections above. However (and it's a big one!) you need to remember that making hiring/firing decisions based on someone's religion is not permitted in many countries (that's certainly the case here in the UK). It would be completely inappropriate for anyone (manager or otherwise) to give this sort of advice or instruction. The manager should be fired.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

But on the other hand, the manager is obliged to do everything he can to serve the interests of the company or the shareholders. I think as long as he doesn't mention the real reason when talking to the applicant it's OK.

Under US law, the government only has to show that an employer displays a pattern of discrimination to levy a fine. In addition, applicants who have been unfairly denied employment can sue for significant damages. Employers tend to keep a close eye on their managers in an effort to avoid expensive losses for stupid and illegal behavior.
