    Please correct this

    I want to write a memo to all employee stating that if anyone wants to resign, he/she has to submit one month notice. Please see below.

    Dear Employees,

    This is to inform you that if any employee wishes to resign from their job, you are required to submit one month notice to HR. However, the management will try to release you as fast as possible even before the completion of one month, but the management should now your departure in advance in order to find a replacement.

    All staff

    Please note that employees must give one month's notice when resigning. Management will release you as quickly as possible (sometimes in less than a month).

    That's all you need to say. The staff don't need to know that the notice period is required in order for a replacement to be found.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
