    A mind-blowing / mind-boggling taste

    Hello everybody!
Today a friend of mine asked me to check if this advertisement is properly formulated. It is related to the taste of wine.
He wrote: "an explosion of the taste in the mouth and (on) the tongue".
    "A mind-blowing / mind-boggling taste" crossed my mind.
    What do you think?

"Mind-blowing" and "mind-boggling" don't have the same meaning. The first means something amazes you. The second means it confuses/baffles you.

I prefer your friend's slogan though. It concentrates on the mouth and the tongue which are, after all, where you taste the wine. I'd shorten it to "An explosion of taste" though I might add "on the tongue" at the end.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

An explosion of taste in the mouth or An explosion of taste on the tongue. (Not both.)

    mind-blowing, possibly. mind-boggling, no.
