    hate for someone to

    Which are correct:

    1) I hate for you to feel bad.
    2) I hate you to feel bad.

    3) I like for you to be happy.
    4) I like you to be happy.

    I don't find any of them natural.

    I hate it when feel bad.
    I would hate it if you felt bad.
    I would hate for you to feel bad.

    I like it when you're happy.
    I would like you to be happy.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
