    Hi,

    Is "I gave my students six days' leave" correct?

    I should have mentioned in post #2 that the sentence was grammatically correct. Teachers don't normally give students "leave".

    Maybe you gave them six days off or six days' holiday. Note that the first does not need an apostrophe but the second does.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
