    I hope you understand what I says/said

    context:
two mins ago, I gave my opinions to a friend.

which one is correct when I talk to him next time?

    a. I hope you understand what I say
    b. I hope you understand what I said

If it is 'a', my reason: although two mins ago, I think the conversation is almost just now, so I use present tense.

If it is 'b', my reason: two mins ago, so I may use past tense.

    Or are both acceptable?

    Thanks!

The present simple doesn't work. You can use the present continuous during the same conversation.

Write minutes. "Mins" is not a word.

Note the error in your title. It should be "say", not "says".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

You correctly ended every other sentence in your post with a punctuation mark. Why not these two?
