    Smile Does you Have

    Can Sometimes we use does with you for making a sentence more emphatic.
    Does You go to school ? ( you are ill)
    Does you have an idea about the train routes?

    No we can't. You can use do/does/did in positive statements to make something more emphatic, but not in questions.

    I like chocolate/I do like chocolate.
    She likes me/she does like me.

    There are some regions in the UK where the sentences you quoted are used - but this accepted as very poor grammar.
