    who must be able

Question: The mall is looking for a manager. The manager must be able to speak English well.

My answer: The mall is looking for a manager who must be able to speak English well. (The ‘who’ is fixed somewhere in the middle; I cannot change it.)

Given answer: The mall is looking for a manager who is able to speak English well.

Why is my answer considered incorrect in this synthesis question?

    Thank you!

    Re: who must be able

I wouldn't consider your attempt incorrect.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
