    Your sentence is correct, but your question is not.

    I would suggest further changing your question to something like:

    Is my sentence grammatically correct as written?
    Is my sentence above grammatically correct?
    Is my sentence grammatically correct as written above? (This correct, but unnecessarily wordy.)

    The sentence "They are very polite to each other" is correct.

    The problems were with "Do my sentence grammatically correct as above?" Skrej has shown you four correct ways of writing that question.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
